1 can of black beans, rinsed1 cup frozen or fresh sweet corn1 pint grape tomatoes, halved1 avocado, diced1/2 small red onion, dicedJuice of 1 lime1 tsp ground cumin1/2 cup chopped cilantro2 ounces of cubed mozzarella (optional)
Mix all together and you're done! Enjoy!
