3 cloves of galic - minced
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
pinch of chives

***Shake well***

Add salmon - have it sit for 5 minutes
Heat BBQ or Oven to 350
Pull out foil and make a box so the liquid will not spill out... pour the salmon and glaze into foil. wrap the foil closed. If the liquid is seeping out add another piece of foil to cover.

Cooking should take at most 12 minutes... unitl filet is flaky. Remove from grill cut in half.

Put your 2 cups of spinach in a bowl and serve half of the filet on top... and remaining juice pour over the top of spinach salad... there may not be a lot of juice left ... it is absorbed in the samoln once you begin eating with will cover as a dressing.

I add a little bit of reduced fat crumbled blue cheese for my dairy! Enjoy!

Enjoy!
