mini Gluten Free baked Chocolate donuts

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour (by AUNTJESSICA) 80 grams Granulated Sugar 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 tsp salt, table (by CDOWNEY1) .5 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F, Spray mini nonstick donut pan with cooking spray,
Then mix dry ingredients in a bowl, wisk to combine, then ad milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter to the bowl. Wisk till smooth.

using a pipping bag fill donut cups 1/2 full with the batter.

Bake 6-7 min until toothpick comes out clean. 10 -12 min for larger donut
remove and dump on cooling rack. Enjoy!
