Almond/ Coconut Flour Butter Biscuits

Ingredients
5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1.25 cup Coconut flour (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 4 dash Salt 1 serving xanthium gum 1 tsp unflavored gelatin 0.25 tsp Baking Soda 4 Tbs G/V Salted butter 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Sour Cream 2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 0.25 tsp Cream Of Tartar
Directions
Mix first 7 dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Separate eggs and add yokes to the dry ingredients. Whip egg whites with cream of tarter until soft peaks. Add all liquids to bowl with dry ingredients. When all is incorporated, fold in egg whites. Roll out in hands and place on pan to bake. Bake 12 min @ 350F.
