Ravens Gumbo

Ingredients
2.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth1.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup slices Okra, frozen, cooked1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw8.0 oz Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage3.0 serving Red Potato
Directions
Dice all ingredients. Fry smoked sausage and chicken together. Add diced tomatoes along with 48 ounces of chicken broth. Add all diced vegetables. Simmer for 4 hours on low. Break corn into pieces and add at the end. Wait until corn is done. Serve and enjoy Serving Size: 8 ounces
