Garlic Parmesan Wings

Ingredients
4 pounds Chicken Wing0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black0.25 cup Butter, unsalted4.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Set fryer to 380 Pat wings dry very well (as dry as possible!) and place in a plastic bag. Sprinkle with baking powder, salt, and pepper and seal the bag. Shake to coat. Lay wings in a single layer in air fryer. Cook for 20-25 minutes check oocassionally. Melt the butter in a microwaveable safe bowl or in a saucepan. Add the garlic, parsley and pepper flakes. Pour over the chicken wings and sprinkle with the parmesan. Toss well to coat.
