Ingredients
3 tsp Garlic 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 0.25 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 16 oz Jimmy Dean Italian pork sausage mild 12 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh
Directions
brown the sausage
move the sausage to the sides of the pan and add in the onion and garlic
after the onions are sauteed add the cabbage with the water; cook about 10 minutes until the cabbage is wilted
add the rest of the water, the wine vinegar and soy sauce and cook 2-3 minutes more
