Trail Mix Protein Bars

Ingredients
.5 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 0.66 cup Mixed Nuts, dry roasted (salt added) .5 cup, whole Almonds 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 0.5 cup Poker mix (by MONACLARE) .5 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals) 0.5 cup Craisins (Ocean Spray) 1/2 cup 2 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal 0.75 cup Honey 60 gram(s) PC Vanilla Protein Powder (1 scoop) 30 g 12 tbsp Almond Butter, Nature's Promise Organic Almond Butter Smooth/Unsalted 0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 cup Light Corn Syrup
Directions
Place all dry ingredients in large bowl and mix together. In separate saucepan on low heat, add honey, almond butter, brown sugar and corn syrup until melted but not bubbling. Add wet ingredients from saucepan to dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into a 9 x 12 pan and press down firmly. Cut into 32 squares.
