Ingredients
0.7 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 0.1 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 serving Large eggs 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.15 fl oz Milk, 1%
Directions
Put oatmeal in blender to grind into finer meal. Then add yogurt, egg and mash banana. Mix well in blender and then add the rest of dry ingredients. And milk last, depending how thin or thick you’d like your batter to be. Made it fir my grandchildren and they loved them! Serving Size: Makes 20 2 inch round pancakes
