Keto Garlic Spinach

Ingredients
1 package (5 oz) Baby Spinach, fresh 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Lemon juice to taste (no more than half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins) 1 clove Garlic, smashed Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat
Add smashed garlic and sauté just until tender
Add spinach, salt and pepper and sauté until barely wilted
Add lemon juice and cook for 1 minute more
Remove garlic and serve warm
