4 tbsp Wine, Marsala Cooking Wine (by KAUAICAROLANNN) 32 oz Great Value Walmart boneless ,skinless chicken breast 1 serving mushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw .5 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 2 1tsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Fleischman's Light Margarine (by ROBYNTHORN) 0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 clove Garlic .25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black
Steps
1. Between sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper, flatten each chicken breast to 1/4-inch thickness. In shallow dish, mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture; shake off excess flour.
2. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook garlic, mushrooms in oil/butter 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Add chicken to skillet. Cook about 8 minutes, turning once, until brown. Add wine/stock. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 6oz portions
