5.5 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast0.33 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)28.0 Grams Onions, raw28.0 Grams Spinach, frozen0.33 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)20.0 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers)
Boil chicken in seasoned water. I used mrs. Dash garlic and herb, garlic powder and onion powder. Sauteed onions mushrooms and spinach in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. Combine vegetables and chicken and one third cup of brown rice. Place Wonton Wrapper in front of you in diamond shape. Place about a tablespoon full of filling in each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper. Fold the bottom part over to the top part. seal the edges all the way around. Place in a saute pan that has been sprayed with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add 1/3 cup of water to the pan. Cover and cook another 2 minutes.
