16.0 oz Ground beef1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Mushrooms, canned2.0 serving Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 5 Olives1.0 tsp Tarragon, ground1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black3.0 serving Pork Rinds(Baken-ets Fried Pork Skins)(14g)1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 serving Blue Cheese Crumble (1 oz)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 Finely chop onions and olives Crush Pork Rinds into bread crumbs consistency Mix vegetables, olives, pork rinds into a bowls. Add salt, pepper, tarragon, and garlic powder to personal taste. Whisk the egg Add egg and Pork rinds Mix Using a spray lightly grease the cupcake pan Add mixture to 10 of the cups Bake for 20 minutes. Turn off the oven Sprinkle the the tops of the muffins and leave them in the oven until the cheese is melted Take the muffins out and let sit for 5 minutes Serve
