6 serving Italian Turkey Sausage Hot, Shady Brook Farms (Cooked) 3 clove Garlic 1 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp) 0.5 cup Honey 8 fl oz Red Wine 1 tsp Paprika 1 dash Pepper, black
Slice each link into 5 or 6 slices. Add half of oil to pan and heat on medium until hot. Add half the sausage and turn slices as they brown. When sausage is very dark (5-10 minutes) remove and brown the remaining sausage and oil. Repeat. Add first batch of sausage, minced garlic, smoked paprika, pepper, honey and wine to the pan. Boil and stir until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and the sauce will thicken a bit more. Serve with toothpicks or canapé forks. Goes well with other tapas.
