Tuna Salad with Smart Balance Mayo

Ingredients
2 Cans white albacore tuna3 small dill pickles2 hard boiled eggs1 celery stalk 25 tbl Smart Balance Mayo (or add enough to make moist)salt, pepper & lemon pepper
Directions
makes approx 4 sandwiches.
Chop egg, celery & pickles. Mix egg, celery,pickles and tuna. Add mayo and seasoning. Put on a bed of lettuce, bread or tomato.
