Ingredients
2-3 lb cube steak2 cans campbell french onion soup
Directions
place steak in large baking dish then cover with both cans of soup. cook in oven at 400 till done about 45 min. turn one time about 1/2 way thru.

    This is a great recipe. I used the healthy request onion soup and added fresh portabella mushrooms and sliced potatoes. I also added spices to increase the flavor. My husband loved it. The cube steak was so tender. We will make it again. - 2/20/09

    I used 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup along wit a 1/4 tsp of beef base, and about 2c of water. I put it in a glass dish then put it in the oven on 350 for about 1 1/2 hrs...Mmmmmm - 10/18/11

    Love. I added a bit of flour to each and browned in the skillet, then I sliced up about 3/4 of a medium onion and browned it in the drippings. Layered the onions over the meat and added the soup. Easy and so good! - 1/28/18
