Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped )Carrots, cooked, 3 carrot *Green Beans French style, 2 cup (remove)Olive Oil, .25 cups or less (enough to cover vegetables)Vegetable Seasoning 2 tbsp
Directions
Cut vegetables and place in large bowl. Mix oil & seasoning and pour over veggies, toss. Pour on baking sheet. Cook 20 min. @ 375 stirring once.
