4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to Chicken Thigh 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to Chicken Drumstick 2.5 cup Cauliflower, Frozen, Kroger 2.5 cup Broccoli - chopped - frozen 2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 cloves Garlic 2 serving Bacon, Wright Smoked Bacon - 2 slices 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 tsp coriander, ground (by GOLDENDAZ) .75 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) .5 tsp Paprika 1.5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
preheat oven to 450. melt butter.add garlic,1/2 of salt & Pepper,and spices.rub on chicken.combine cauliflower,broccoli & bacon.drizzle w/olive oil & add remaining salt & pepper. spread veg in baking pan.add chicken on top. bake at 450 for 35 to 40 min.
