Ingredients
20 oz Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts (GS) 6 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth 1 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. 2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 3 clove Garlic 438 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 455 grams Beans, black 30 tbsp GREAT VALUE ALL NATURAL MILD CHUNKY SALSA 2 tsp Oregano, ground .66 tbsp Chili powder .66 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA) 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
Directions
1. Chop onion, garlic, and jalapeño.
2. Season, cook, remove chicken and shred.
3. Same pot, sweat onion, garlic, and jalapeño until tender.
4. Add corn, black beans, salsa, tomato paste, chicken, and seasoning.
5. Simmer and stir 5 minutes.
6. Add chicken stock (thickened with flour).
7. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Squeeze in lime juice and continue cooking for additional 10 minutes.
