Mashed Butternut Squash with Bacon

Ingredients
8 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tsp Salt 5 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 5 serving Bacon - Pork 1 medium slice pan fried
Directions
Half the butternut squash, remove the seeds and place face down on a cookie sheet with a cup of water.
Bake at 350 for 60 minutes
Let cool for 30 minutes and then scoop out the squash and place in a mixing bowl.
Add 1 stick of butter
Cook up 5 strips of bacon crispy, cut very small and add to bowl.
Mash ingredients until well mixed
Transfer to a baking dish and warm before serving
