Spinach with Cranberries & Pine Nuts

Ingredients
1 Tbl olive oil1 clove garlic, finely chopped2 Tbl pine nuts2 Tbl dried cranberries1 10-oz pkg baby spinach, washed1 Tbl cider vinegar1/2 tsp sugar
Directions
Heat olive oil in wok or dutch oven. Add garlic and pine nuts and stir until browned, about 1 minute. Add cranberries and stir. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Add vinegar and sugar and stir.

Makes four 1/2-cup servings.
