32 oz Water, tap28 oz Chicken Stock1 cup, chopped Onions, raw8 cups (1" pieces) Cauliflower3 tsp Garlic1lb Italian Sausage, pork.5 cup Bacon Bits (oscar mayer real bacon bits)3 cup chopped Kale3 cups fluid Heavy Whipping Cream1 tsp Salt or to taste1 tsp Pepper, black or to taste2 tsp red pepper flakes ( optional )
1. Cook sausage in skillet until almost done and add in bacon bits. Cook until cooked through. Drain grease and set aside.
2. In a large pot add water, chicken stock, onion, garlic and cauliflower. Cook over medium-high heat.
3. Once cauliflower is half cooked add in the sausage and bacon. Turn heat down to medium-low. Cook until cauliflower is tender. While that is cooking chop kale.
4. Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and kale. Cook until heated through 2-3mins.
5. Serve and enjoy. Leftovers may be refrigerated. Best consumed within 5 days.
