Ingredients
30.0 oz Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted2.5 cup, chopped or diced Tomatillos0.25 cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tbsp Salt1.0 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen3.5 cup Birdseye Frozen Whole Green Beans
Directions
Cut pork into cubes. In a pan, dry roast peppers, tomatillos and onion. Can add clove of garlic if desired. Blend to puree with 1 cup of chicken broth. Brown pork in a large pot. Add puree and additional 2 cups of stock. Simmer for 2-3 hours. Salt and pepper to taste. Once 20min from complete, add frozen vegetables.
