Paprika Chicken

Ingredients
4 serving Chicken Thigh W/Skin 1 tbsp Paprika 1 tbsp Onion powder 0.25 tsp Garlic Sea Salt, Morton 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.

Mix spices to make rub. Rub chicken thighs with dry mix. Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil in skillet. Place chicken in pan skin side down and brown skin. Turn and let brown for a minute or two. Place thighs in baking dish. Place in 400 degree oven for 50 minutes.
