Oriental Style Coleslaw

Ingredients
Olive Oil ~ 2 tbsp (or to taste)Balsamic Vinegar ~ 4 tbsp (or to taste)Almonds ~ slivered 1/2 cupChow Mein Noodles ~ 1/2 cupCabbage ~ prepackaged angel hair shredded
Directions
Pour pack of coleslaw into bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over top.
Add almonds and toss well.
Sprinkle Chow Mein noodles on top just before serving or the noodles might become soggy.

Yum, yum. Low, low in bad fat (saturated) but high in the good fat (monounsaturated). Great for your heart!
