keto peanut butter fudge (ganache?)

Ingredients
2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 serving Baker's unsweetened baking chocolate bar 8 tbsp Adams 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 12 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened 3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Directions
Boil cream and reduce to a simmer until it thickens up. (about 20 mins. the longer it boiled the fluffier the fudge got) add butter, peanut butter, baking chocolate and mix until it all melts smooth. Remove from heat and add coconut or peanuts if desired. Place wax paper in a 9x9x2 casserole dish. (for easy removal and clean up) Pour in mixture and chill in fridge overnight.
