Low Fat Low Carb Brownies

Ingredients
flour,splenda,baking powder,salt,vanilla extract,eggs,water, honey & cocoa powder
Directions
Sift flour, salt & baking powder then set aside. Cream margarine, splenda, honey & vanilla extract in large mixing bowl. Alternately add flour & water starting with flour and ending with flour. Blend cocoa powder. Pour into brownie pan and bake @ 400 degrees for 18 - 22 minutes. use toothpick to check doneness and set pan on cooling rack for 15 - 20 min. before cutting into squares.
