15 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 3 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 dash Salt 3 dash Pepper, black 2 tsp Garlic powder 8 tbsp Best Foods - Light Mayo 5 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
Bake chicken until done and let set to cool. Chop chicken into bite size bits. Add all ingredients and mix.
