1 tbsp Butter w/Olive Oil - Land o Lakes 5.3 tbsp great value almond flour (by CHIROCW) .25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) .5 tsp Great Value Baking Powder (by ARUBALOVER)
Melt butter in 4" circular mug.
Swirl to coat the sides. Recipe doesn't go up too far.
Combine flour, egg and baking powder.
Cook in microwave for 90 seconds. Let sit 2 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 2-4" circular servings
