120 oz Great Value Almond Milk unsweetened 338 gram(s) vi shape nutritional shake mix, sweet cream flavor, 2 scoops, 26 grams (by WESTGATE85) 5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 35 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 320 gram Better Body Foods Organic Coconut Flour (by TWOCHICSENL)
Blend all in a large pot on the stove. I use an immersion blender. heat on medium heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens (it will still be a little runny, about the consistency of grits or cream of wheat on the runny side) . We portion these into 28 6 oz portion cups and throw them in the fridge. They are great out of the microwave after 60 seconds on high, or cold. Some people in our house add butter and stevia/erithritol, or splenda to the finished product. SOOOOOOOO Yummy, and only 3.8 grams of net carbs per serving.
