Ingredients
fresh mozzarella cheese, one whole wheat lite english muffin, 2 slices of tomatoes, and fresh or dried basil on top.
Directions
Toast english muffin. Layer cheese and then tomoatoe slices on top. Nuke for about 1 minute. Just enough to let cheese melt and top with basil.
