200 grams shredded Coconut, raw 45 grams chopped Almonds 75 grams chopped Pecans 3 oz Pepitas, pumpkin seeds2 tbsp Hemp Hearts 2 tbsp Chia Seeds 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds 8 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 tsp Salt4 oz Isopure Whey Protein Isolate, Natural Unflavored1/2 tsp vanilla3 tbsp cinnamonKeto sweetener of choice, as needed
Mix eggs, chia seeds, flax meal and set aside.
Mix psyllium, cinnamon, salt, sweetener and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Spread on baking tray and bake at 350 for 10 minutes to toast.
Return toasted ingredients to bowl & add remaining ingredients previously set aside. Spread on baking tray and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Break into pieces and leave in closed oven with heat off to cool & dry.
