Keto Granola

Ingredients
200 grams shredded Coconut, raw 45 grams chopped Almonds 75 grams chopped Pecans 3 oz Pepitas, pumpkin seeds2 tbsp Hemp Hearts 2 tbsp Chia Seeds 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds 8 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 tsp Salt4 oz Isopure Whey Protein Isolate, Natural Unflavored1/2 tsp vanilla3 tbsp cinnamonKeto sweetener of choice, as needed
Directions
Mix eggs, chia seeds, flax meal and set aside. Mix psyllium, cinnamon, salt, sweetener and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Spread on baking tray and bake at 350 for 10 minutes to toast. Return toasted ingredients to bowl & add remaining ingredients previously set aside. Spread on baking tray and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Break into pieces and leave in closed oven with heat off to cool & dry. Serving Size: 60 grams
