35.36 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 16 oz Cream Cheese 8 tsp Ranch Dip Mix Hidden Valley Ranch 5 cup Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, RO*TEL (by JERTEX) 4 tsp Better than Bouillon Organic Chicken Base (by MPALMER15) 9 tsp Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle (by NYX773) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Place all ingredients in IP, close lid and ensure the valve is closed. Press "Pressure Cook" and make sure it's on normal. Cook for 15mins. Release pressure. Remove chicken and shred. Add back to the pot and mix well.
Serve in bowls with shredded cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream, etc.
