1 serving Protein Powder (whey), vanilla cream (Pure Protein) (by MRSILONA) 1 cup Baby Spinach - Fresh Express (bagged) 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla .5 cup GREAT VALUE Berry Medley (frozen Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and red raspberries) .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh (I like to slice it up and freeze it first)
In a blender put in spinach, pack it in. Add rest of the ingredients. pulse to get all the ingredients mixed, then blend for 5 minutes or until the spinach is too small to see.
You can add greek yogurt for added texture and nutrition. It will come out very thick. Put it in the freezer if you want it more like ice cream.
