Slow Cooked Pepper Steak

32 oz Beef, round steak 2 serving Olive Oil: Kroger, Pure Olive Oil, 1tbsp/serving 4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1 clove Garlic 1.5 large Onions, raw 2 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 cup Clover Valley Tomato Sauce (by LALABETH27) .0625 cup Cornstarch
Brown beef strips in skillet in 2 tablespoons oil. Put in slow cooker.
Combine soy sauce, garlic onions salt pepper and ginger. Pour over meat and onions.
Cover. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Add green peppers and tomato sauce. Cook 45 minutes longer.
Combine water and cornstarch to make paste. Stir into slow cooker. Cook on high until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 7-1 cup servings
