Low Fat Easy Pumpkin Muffins

1 box Duncan Hines, Moist Deluxe, Decadent Carrot Cake Mix2/3 cup Applesauce (Musselman's)2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 can Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
1. Preheat oven as directed on cake mix box for the type of pan you are using.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Place 1/2 cup of mix in each muffin tin or split batter in half into 2 loaf pans.
4. Bake as directed, Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Serving Size: Makes 18 regular muffins or 2 standard loaves.
