Steamed Broccoli Mash with garlic and ricotta

Ingredients
4 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 2 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE) 1 serving Pam - Olive Oil Spray 4 second spray (by DRENSHAW) 1 cup Kroger Low Fat Ricotta Cheese (by KJOPAULSON)
Directions
Prepare broccoli as stated on package in microwave. Saute garlic in Pam spray until golden. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until consistency of thick mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve like mashed potatoes.
