Ingredients
0.50 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 0.50 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 0.50 cup Del Monte Mandarin Oranges 0.50 Cup HCF Colby & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese 2.50 Cup Dole Fresh Chopped Sesame Asian Kit 3.50 Cup HEB Garden Salad Blend 0.25 Block Maruchan Ramen Noodle Soup (Shrimp Flavored) 3 TBSP Ken’s Steak House Lite Asian Sesame w/Ginger & Soy Dressing
Directions
Take 1/4 Ramen Noodles (NO SAUCE) and crunch up - set aside. Chop Avacodo and cucumber. . Slice cherry tomatoes & mushrooms (or chop) Add all ingredients together (including the dressing) and toss.
