Afghani Spinach

Ingredients
2 packages of frozen spinachSalt to taste3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped1 tbsp of course ground/fresh ground black pepper2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil1 tsp ground cumin1 medium red onion, finely chopped.
Directions
Microwave the frozen spinach to thaw.

While that's thawing, saute the chopped red onion in the olive oil until softened (about 3 minutes). Add the chopped garlic and saute for another minute.

Drain the thawed spinach and add to the onions as well as all of the seasonings. Continue to saute spinach for 3-5 mintues. Salt to taste.
