Lemon-Garlic Kale Salad

4 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup, slivered Almonds 24 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 20 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 4 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE)
Directions
Toast the Almond slivers
Mix the lemon juice, olive oil and garlic w/ salt and pepper is desired
Mix everything together

Serving Size: about a cup? per serving... probably serves 8-10
