Protein Bar

Ingredients
.25 cup Cashew Almond Milk Blend almond breeze: unsweetened .66 serving great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c. 0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 2 serving Quest protein powder salted caramel 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 gram Stevia in the Raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray and 8X8 pan very well.

Beat egg whites until they start to get foamy and a little fluffy. Add all ingredients and mix until well integrated. Pour batter into a pan. Bake for 15-20 min, let sit for 10 min before cutting into 6 bars. Let cool completely on a rack or they can get a little soggy.

** You can add 6 TBSP PB2 it adds 25 calories to each bar.
