Slow Cooker, Low Carb Chicken Taco

Ingredients
3.0 serving "Great Value" Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added (.5cups)1.0 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can1.75 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce1.0 serving(s) enchilada sauce mix2.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning24.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Top with 2 chicken breasts. Cook on low for approx 7 hrs/ high for 4 hours. Once done, shred chicken and mix to combine everything. Spoon into romain lettuce leaves for lower carb tacos. Alternative, roll mix into a leaf of regular head lettuce for enchilada/burrito alternatives. Top with choice of salsa and or hot sauce.
