Steamed Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients
2 cups sifted cake flour1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup whole milk2 eggs1 tbsp grated lemon zest1/2 cup honey1/4 cup melted butter1/3 cup poppy seeds
Directions
Grease three 14-oz cans and put a large kettle of water on to boil.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Beat together milk, eggs, zest, honey, butter and poppy seeds.
Pour mixture into dry ingredients, beat well.
Fill cans 3/4 the way full and cover tightly with foil.
Set on a rack in a large pot., and pour boiling water 1/3 of the way up the cans.
Bring water back up to a gentle boil, cover pot and steam 2 hours.
Cool 10 minutes in cans before turning out onto a rack to cool completely.
