Ingredients
1 serving Protein - Whey Protein Shake Vanilla 1 large Egg white, fresh 0.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
1.- Mix Protein with baking soda
2.- Preheat waffle iron
3.- Mix solids with liquids, beating thoroughly
4.- Coat waffle iron with non-stick spray and cook the waffles for about a couple minutes
