Banging Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
1 serving ALDI'S Chicken Broth (1 can = 2 cups) (by JJONTZ) .25 serving Roasted Garlic 2-3 cloves or 4 grams (by DISALAN) .5 serving Small sweet onion (by STEPH84106) 1 serving Mini sweet yellow peppers (1 small) (by CHYNADAHLL) 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cup Butternut Squash 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 small Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt
Directions
Chop the squash and onions in rings
Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper
Roast 45 mins.
Blend with hot broth, squash, ginger and garlic with a drizzle of honey.
