Steamed chicken and mushroom

Ingredients
32.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted5.2 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)2.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
Directions
Boil and shred chicken breast. Cook mushrooms down in pot with salt and pepper. Make slurrry with o.5 cup lukewarm water and cornstarch and add to mushrooms. Add shredded chicken and toss adding water as needed. Season to taste. Can add truffle oil for a nice flavor. Chill in fridge and serve on salad or with veggies.
