1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 4 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 serving rice - 1/2 cup (rice a roni , rice pilaf) 0.25 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning 0.25 serving Jimmy Dean Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patty (2 patties) 1 oz Cheese, Mozarella, Low Moist/Part Skim (Lucerne)
Directions
Cook pepper for 45 min. cook ground turkey and combine with seasoning salt (optional). cook rice per package instructions. Stuff pepper with ingredients.
