Salmon over black beans and spinach

Ingredients
2 Salmon fillets 4 oz each1c Black beans1 ear fresh sweet corn-stripped from cob3c of fresh grated spinach2tbs salsaSalt, pepper, cummin and chilli powder to taste 1 fresh lemon
Directions
Put the black beans(with liquids) and corn into a hot pan mash slightly for thicker beans. Cook until bean and corn mixture are refried bean consistancy. Season both salmon and bean mixture with Salt, pepper, cummin and chilli powder to taste. Grill salmon fillets. Chop spinach. Stack like a salad, top each fillet with one tbs of salsa and squeaze on some fresh lemon juice to taste. Can use a white fish as a substitue.
