2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 3 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 1.5 cup Petite carrots organic 32 tbsp Light Whipping Cream
Put all ingredients and water to brim of Crock pot. Cook on low for @ 8 hours. Stir in whipping cream about 30 min before serving.
