Fried tilapia without flour

Ingredients
4 oz Tilapia filet .33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 dash Salt 1/2 teaspoon powdered dry rub seasoning
Directions
Pat tilapia dry. Season. Let sit for 15 minutes(optional). Heat the olive oil in frying pan until very hot. Dry for about 4 minutes on each side. Drain excess oil on paper towel.
